StudyBento is an online study tool built around retrieval practice and durable memory. You organize your work into subjects—separate workspaces for a course, certification, hobby, language, or any topic you choose. Within each subject you can use quizzes to check understanding and recall in context, flashcards with spaced repetition for terms, definitions, and other items that need many short reviews over time, and imports of spreadsheets, documents, and other supported files where your subscription allows. The same workflow applies across disciplines; it is especially helpful when you are managing dense terminology or vocabulary alongside broader study goals. Depending on your plan and the features enabled for your account, the Service may also include AI-assisted tools to help turn imported material into quiz questions or flashcards. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StudyBento and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms relating to our Service.
In no event shall StudyBento, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
StudyBento may offer Free, Plus, and Pro plans with different limits (such as maximum file size per import, pages per document where applicable, and number of uploads per calendar month in UTC). Limits are described in the product and enforced by the Service.
Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment provider (Stripe). Fees, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the checkout flow and your subscription settings. When a subscription ends or is unpaid, your account may revert to the Free plan and its limits.
Where a plan is described as offering unlimited uploads or usage, that is subject to fair use: personal, normal study-related use of the Service. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that place unreasonable load on the Service, attempt to resell access, automate abuse, or otherwise harm reliability or other users. We may cancel subscriptions for repeated or egregious abuse.
An "upload" for quota purposes is counted when a file is accepted and stored for processing (including successful Excel imports), regardless of whether later processing succeeds.
